Marktronic PortaDot 130-30
The mobile dot marker offers a larger marking area and more power for deeper markings. Ideal for vehicle identification number (VIN). (Marking area 130 mm x 30 mm)
With large, heavy and unwieldy workpieces, it is advantageous to be able to reach the workpieces with the marking device in order to mark on site. This is possible with the robust PortaDot 130-30, made of sheet steel, as only electricity is needed as the driving force.
With high-torque motors and precise threaded spindles, the dot-marker has been specially developed for the high demands of industry.
A carbide stylus is set in vibration by an electromagnet. This causes dots to be imprinted in the material, resulting in the marking. Almost all materials up to 62 HRC can be stamped.
The surface can be smooth or uneven. The dot marking machine can automatically compensate for a height difference of 3 mm.
The Portadot 130-30 consists of the marking head, the control unit and the corresponding connection cable. On request, we can make special workpiece supports to fit your workpiece.
To be independent of the mains, the Portadot 130-30 is also available as a rechargeable battery version. The rechargeable battery allows a marking time of several hours.
