Dot Peen Marking Machines
A dot peen marking machine has a pointed carbide stylus that is set in vibration by an electromagnet. The up and down movement imprints dots into the material. These dots then produce the text, numbers or logo. The system is very flexible in terms of marking text, character height, embossing depth, workpiece hardness and workpiece tolerance.
