Marktronic InDot 4000
The dot marking machine for installation in production lines, optionally also with pneumatic drive. Dust and splash-proof, it can be used in almost all situations.
This type of our Marktronic series was specially designed for self-sufficient use in your production. The marking heads are dust and splash-proof.
The rigid construction and the high-quality threaded spindle drive of these machines enable the most demanding data matrix applications as well as applications in continuous operation at high speeds.
The control unit is connected to the marking head via a high-quality cable. This prevents static charging of the controller.
Various connection options are available. The controller has a 24 V digital input/output with 8 inputs and 6 outputs. These can be programmed by means of a simple script language to control a customer installation. The two RS 232 interfaces can also be programmed for downloading marking data or for machine control. In addition, an optionally available TCP/IP Ethernet interface enables control from a central server.
For applications where the highest quality is required or the tolerances of the workpieces are somewhat larger, we offer the optional AutoSense system. The machine automatically adjusts the distance to the surface and always marks with the best possible distance. After marking, the machine returns to the starting position.
The models with AutoSense require a digital Z-axis, which is also available as an option. For data matrix marking and for marking parts with different heights, we recommend the AutoSense system together with the digital Z-axis.
