The company Hoberg & Driesch GmbH & Co. KG processes, for example, thick-walled tubes, boiler tubes, hollow sections and precision steel tubes.
Many of these different tubes have to be individually marked or restamped according to TÜV standards before sawing.
Here, the first dot marking systems were already purchased around the turn of the millennium to simplify marking.
In the meantime, they have switched to the proven model of the PortaDot type 130 x 30 series and have been working with it successfully and satisfactorily for years. In the meantime, more than 12 machines of the PortaDot 130 x 30 type are successfully in use.
The latest machines of type 130 x 30 were delivered with the new touch screen control 4000. “With this easy-to-program, intuitive and unique control, we can apply the desired markings quickly, flexibly and cleanly,” confirm the employees of Hoberg & Driesch enthusiastically.
