Roller impression rings with fixed text

These rings are used together with a basic holder similar to that shown on page 16. They are used to print non-changing texts or instructions on folding boxes and labels of every type.

This may for example be: “Sample – not for sale” or “Part of a clinical pack”

Roller impression rings with cut-outs for steel types

These rings are used to print changing data on the packaging. Steel types similar to those shown on page 13 and 14 can be inserted in the cut-outs as required. These data may for example be an expiry date or a batch number. If desired, a fixed text can be positioned prior to these cut-outs.

Typical examples are:
“Use by:   _ _ _ _ _ ”
or
“Ch.-B.: _ _ _ _ _ ”

The rings are inserted on a basic holder similar to that shown on page 16.

All rings are manufactured according to your specifications. Foreign languages or letters can also be engraved.

These steel types are used as inserts for the above rings. A small selection can be found on page 13 or 14; naturally we can manufacture any custom types.

Roll type holders for packaging machines

These type of holders are used in packaging machines that use roller stamping.

The roll type holders are produced according to your specifications or drawings.
We would be glad to provide assistance here and design a suitable holder for your machine.
The holder can hold rings, similar to those shown on page 15 and steel types similar to those on pages 13 and 14.

How large and how many rows you can emboss depends on the space available in the machine and on your packaging.

The roll type holders are chemically nickel plated and are thus food safe and rust-resistant.

If required, we can also supply the counter rollers and, should you want to print in colour, the corresponding colour ink rollers.

Type holders for packaging machines

These holders are very frequently used with blister machines. They are used to emboss the expiry date and/or the batch numbers on the blister. Holders of this type are also used in cardboard box packaging machines.

The type holders are produced according to your specifications or drawings. You specify the number of characters and rows. Steel types similar to that shown on pages 13 and 14 can be used.
