Laser marking system (nano)
In the closed housing of the laser marking system, almost all metals and some plastics can be reliably marked at high speed.

The fibre laser marking systems are cheaper and easier to handle than conventional lasers. The high quality is reflected in the long service life of the laser source (approx. 50,000 hours), the very good efficiency, the good processing of the components and thus a very clean marking. A fibre laser is virtually maintenance-free, compact and insensitive to external influences.
Marking layouts can be created and saved with the included Windows software MarkMaster. The individual layout elements can be moved and rearranged with the mouse. Where the marking is located on the component is made visible by a harmless red alignment laser beam. All Windows fonts in any font height can be used for the labelling. Company logos, pictures, barcodes or data matrix codes can also be created and inscribed. Of course, we also offer corresponding readers for the codes.
The fibre laser marking system is available in different sizes, which can be selected depending on the marking requirements.
Systems with 10 watts, 20 watts and 50 watts are available. The marking area can be 60 x 60 mm, 100 x 100 mm or 150 x 150 mm.
As standard, the marking system is supplied in a closed cabin that can be placed on a workbench or table. Only a 110 – 230 V power connection is required. The robust cabin has laser class 1 and is therefore absolutely safe for the operating personnel. The system has a large door that opens at the touch of a button or automatically at the end of the marking cycle. In order to be able to check the marking process in the closed housing, a large special window is let into the door. Another safety aspect is the triple key lock, which prevents misuse.
On request, Röltgen also integrates the laser marking heads into production lines or develops special housings according to customer requirements. These heads are then equipped with a 19-inch controller and can mark completely autonomously.
