All of our numbering machines and embossing type holders can be equipped with electric heating. This allows plastics and many other materials to be embossed particularly cleanly. The use of heat creates a controlled process in which the material melts slightly, resulting in a very clear, permanent and uniform embossing.

Note on engraving for hot stamping systems

If you use heating elements or foil transport, the stamping tools and stamping types must be designed with a flat engraving. This type of engraving is ideal for hot stamping processes, as it ensures clean melting and uniform deformation of the material.

For particularly demanding applications, we offer Group 1693 0000, an electric heating system with precise temperature control. This system works very accurately and allows separate fine adjustment of the temperature, which is particularly important for sensitive materials.
