Hot stamping
Hot stamping is used wherever the material can be deformed or coloured by heat, i.e. with plastics, leather or wood. Punches and holders made of brass are used for this, as this material is a very good conductor of heat. Depending on the material, a certain temperature must be maintained, otherwise the material will liquefy. For this purpose, the temperature of the stamp is controlled with a temperature control unit and a temperature sensor built into the tool. The engravings are made according to your wishes.
