The manual name plate embossing machines from Röltgen are easy to operate. The exchangeable embossing wheels are engraved and hardened, the desired characters can be set with the wheel before each embossing.

Name plate embossing machine
These two hand-operated machines impress not only by their simple operation, but also by their versatile application possibilities in all workshop and industrial areas. Multi-digit and multi-line number and letter markings are embossed one after the other, whereby the desired characters are set before each embossing with the embossing wheel visible from the front. The adjustable automatic feed of the work table with the clamped type plate ensures the exact spacing of the embossed characters next to each other. Ideal for marking small series with constantly changing type plates. Each unit is equipped with a stroke limiter, which enables a uniform embossing depth. Different material thicknesses of the plates can be compensated.
Group 19010000
Smallest manual name plate embossing unit with manually adjustable, exchangeable embossing wheel, engraved with numbers and letters, on request in 2 mm to 4 mm character height. Maximum sign size 140 mm x 90 mm.
Group 19020000
Larger manual name plate embossing machine with increased printing capacity. Manually adjustable, exchangeable embossing wheel, engraved with numbers and letters, on request in 2 mm to 5 mm character height. Maximum sign size 180 mm x 130 mm.
Feed table with feed
The standard version has an automatic table feed with a clamping device for the type plate and a feed mark for the respective line embossing. The feed can be adjusted 5-fold for the individual character heights (widths). Other feed tables, e.g. with semi-automatic adjustment in X and Y direction, as well as special tables in special designs and special dimensions are available.
Key stamping
A special work table makes the machine the ideal key stamping machine. The different key fixtures and the adjustable feed guarantee an extremely clean and permanent marking of each key. A special table attachment for locks and lock cylinders is also available for the SP II model only.
Embossing wheels
The exchangeable embossing wheels are engraved and hardened in proven quality. In addition to the complete alphabet and the numbers 0-9, the characters dot, slash, hyphen and the plus sign (./-+) are engraved on each wheel. The standard font heights are 2.0; 2.5; 3.0; 3.5; 4; 4.5 and 5.0 mm. Special versions are also available with font heights of 1.0; 1.5 and 5.5 mm.
Colour embossing
For colour embossing, the models are equipped with an automatic foil transport system for the use of a special cold embossing foil. This allows coloured embossing preferably in non-metallic signs. Heating is not required for this. Attention: Sample plates must be submitted for this application.
