Who should I contact if my machine is faulty?

If your machine is no longer working to your satisfaction, please contact our internal sales team so that we can quickly identify the problem. Please describe as precisely as possible what is no longer working so that we can provide you with targeted assistance.
Depending on the problem, we will either assist you directly over the phone, or you can send us the machine, or we will come to your premises at your expense so that the system is quickly ready for use again.

Will I receive a loaner device during the repair?

In principle, this is possible for a rental fee, but we must first check whether a comparable machine is available. We therefore recommend that you contact us directly so that we can clarify availability and assist you promptly.

Warranty

How long is the warranty period at Röltgen?

Röltgen provides a 12-month warranty on all machines and tools, as we stand for quality and reliability. An extension to 24 months is possible for an additional charge and in conjunction with a maintenance contract, so that you are covered in the long term.

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery, but wear parts are excluded.

Signing the contract

Can I take out maintenance contracts for my machines?

You can take out a maintenance contract for all Röltgen machines, whereby our service technician will visit you once a year to ensure that your system is working reliably. He will clean and check the machine and carry out any necessary repairs to prevent breakdowns.

Spare parts are not included in the maintenance price, but we will inform you in advance of any costs incurred. Please contact us if you would like a maintenance contract so that we can prepare a suitable offer for you.
