The manually adjustable numbering head has proven itself over many years as a reliable batch stamping machine in industry, trade and manufacturing. Depending on the design, the embossing wheels are equipped with the numbers 0–9 and a blank field or, alternatively, with up to 10 freely selectable characters per wheel. This allows for flexible individual marking.

Another advantage is the replaceable striking cap, which is specially designed for striking by hand with a hammer. Compared to individual stamps, the manually adjustable striking embossing unit enables clean, uniform and reproducible stamping results. At the same time, the time required is significantly reduced, which greatly increases efficiency in everyday work.

The guide frame for axial embossing from Group 1600 0050 is the perfect complement to the manually adjustable embossing unit. It supports the precise alignment of the impact embossing unit on round materials such as pipes, rods or shafts. This ensures straight and even embossing on cylindrical workpieces.

At the same time, the guide frame can also be manually pushed upwards on straight materials. This means that the system remains flexible in use – for both round and flat materials.
