Format parts for packaging machines

Format parts for all types of machines are individually manufactured according to exact customer specifications. These can be made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium or plastic.

You are looking for an extended workbench or need spare parts for new or old machines and the actual manufacturer is too expensive, no longer delivers or the delivery time is too long? Then we can help you.

We manufacture milled, turned and eroded parts according to drawings or samples. These can be made of metal, aluminium or plastic up to a size of 800 x 400 x 400 mm (W x D x H). After machining, the parts can be ground and hardened in-house. In the case of stainless steel, colsterisation is conceivable to harden the surface. We also take care of subsequent coatings such as anodising, chrome plating and painting.
