Thanks to their modular design, each press can be precisely adapted to its task. Therefore, they are ideal for simple pressing jobs as well as demanding assembly operations.

In addition, the torsion-resistant cast steel frame ensures high precision and repeatability. As a result, consistent results are achieved even during frequent use. Furthermore, the toggle lever presses are available in three sizes. Consequently, they cover press forces from 2 to 33 kN. This makes them suitable for light, medium and heavy manual pressing applications.

Standard versions – flexible for every application

Our toggle lever press is available in the standard “S” version. However, two extended variants are also available for special requirements.

The “L” version offers an increased working height of 340–415 mm. Therefore, it is ideal when taller tools or larger components are used.
The “W” version provides an increased reach of 300 mm. As a result, it is perfect for wide components or applications with limited lateral space.

Thus, these variants significantly expand the working area and increase flexibility.
