Efficient inking system for clean and consistent print images

The Rollerprint uses a sophisticated inking system that ensures even ink distribution:

1. Ink cartridge transfers the ink to an ink pad.
2. The ink pad transfers the ink to a transfer roller.
3. The transfer roller distributes the ink evenly to the rubber types of the printing roller.

This technology ensures consistently high-quality printing results even at high speeds and during long production runs. At the same time, the system is low-maintenance and therefore particularly economical.
