The front cover allows direct access to the stack feed magazine and the entire sign transport mechanism. This significantly reduces set-up times, while maintenance work can be carried out more easily and quickly. At the same time, the robust housing design allows reliable use in harsh industrial environments.

In addition, the name plate embossing system has an adjustable stack magazine that can be adjusted in width and depth without tools. This allows a single system to process numerous different formats.

Efficient sign output for smooth processes

Röltgen equips the system with a side sign ejector as standard. This allows embossed signs to be processed immediately after the embossing process. Alternatively, a stacking magazine based on the FIFO principle is available. This allows you to choose the output technology that best suits your production process.

Embossing drums and embossing types – individually configurable

The embossing drum contains the engraved embossing types, which we tailor precisely to your application. Different font sizes are used depending on the area of application:

• smaller font sizes for type and specification plates
• larger font sizes for tag plates or coated surfaces

That is why we configure each machine individually. This means you do not receive a standard solution, but an embossing system tailored precisely to your requirements.
