Standard design of the embossing wheels

The embossing wheels are precision engraved as standard. Therefore, they are designed for long service life and consistent results:

• Up to 6 mm font height: numbers 0–9, slash (/) and space

• From 8 mm font height: numbers 0–9

• Engraving: according to DIN 1451 for excellent readability

Standard font heights:
2 mm, 2.5 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm

Easy integration into presses

The clamping pin is designed for simple press installation. As standard, it has the following dimensions:

• Length: 40 mm

• Diameter: 20 mm

However, other dimensions are available on request. This means the numbering head can be easily integrated into existing press systems.
