Manually Adjustable Numbering Head
Manually adjustable embossing units for precise and flexible marking
Manually adjustable numbering heads are used whenever several positions next to each other must be embossed cleanly and reliably. In particular, when combined with a press, they are ideal for permanent marking. For example, components, nameplates and workpieces made of metal or plastic can be marked precisely. At the same time, manual adjustment allows content to be changed quickly and safely.
Standard design of the embossing wheels
The embossing wheels are precision engraved as standard. Therefore, they are designed for long service life and consistent results:
Up to 6 mm font height: numbers 0–9, slash (/) and space
From 8 mm font height: numbers 0–9
Engraving: according to DIN 1451 for excellent readability
Standard font heights:
2 mm, 2.5 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm
Easy integration into presses
The clamping pin is designed for simple press installation. As standard, it has the following dimensions:
Length: 40 mm
Diameter: 20 mm
However, other dimensions are available on request. This means the numbering head can be easily integrated into existing press systems.
Individual adjustments to customer requirements
In addition, we customise each manually adjustable numbering head precisely to your needs. Whether letters, logos, special characters or block engravings such as “DIN” are required, we deliver the right solution. As a result, you receive an embossing unit in the desired font height and layout.
Secure setting and visual control
To prevent errors, the selected number is clearly visible between two arrows. Therefore, incorrect embossing is avoided. Overall, this ensures high process reliability and consistently precise embossing.
In conclusion, manually adjustable numbering heads stand for flexibility, precision and reliability. Thus, they are ideal for industrial markings, nameplates and variable embossing applications.
