Hand stamps

Reliable, durable and ideal for permanent marking of steel and other materials

Our hand stamps are made from high-quality tool steel and meet the highest industrial requirements. The impact head hardness in accordance with DIN 7353 ensures maximum safety and robustness – an indispensable factor in manual stamping.

This standard defines a controlled hardness curve in the stamp and ensures that no dangerous splinters are produced when striking. This is a decisive advantage, especially for machine and metal goods factories, as it increases both work safety and tool life.

The stamps are suitable for precise marking of steel, iron, aluminium, brass, wood, hard rubber, leather and many other materials. Thanks to the clear typeface in accordance with DIN 1451, all markings are permanent, clean and easily legible. The impact stamps are available in font heights from 1 mm to 30 mm – ideal for a wide range of applications in industry, trade and quality assurance.

Group 1103 – Impact letters & impact numbers in left-hand engraving (stamp impression legible)

These stamps are ideal when the impression needs to be directly legible.

They are ideal for marking high-strength materials, even up to 2000 N/mm² tensile strength (Rm).

This makes them perfect for demanding applications such as steel construction, tool making and the metalworking industry.

Ideal for:

  • Component marking
  • Serial numbers
  • Identification markings on hard materials

Group 1104 – Impact stamp sets with distinctive engraving

These engraved impact stamps have been specially developed for embossing on rough or uneven surfaces.

Even if a number or letter is not completely embossed, the marking remains clearly identifiable.

Perfect for production areas where absolute certainty of legibility is crucial.

Group 1105 – Impact stamps with rounded engraving (ASME regulation)

These stamps have a rounded engraving to prevent notching – particularly important when stamping pipes and sheet metal, for example in the nuclear power industry or in pipeline construction.

Group 1106 – Impact stamps with interrupted engraving (ASME)

The interrupted engraving also prevents notch effects and enables reliable marking on demanding materials without weakening their structure.

Group 1107 – Impact stamps with dotted engraving (ASME)

This dotted engraving ensures that the components are not stressed by notch effects – ideal for safety-critical industries such as nuclear engineering, pressure vessel construction or energy plants.

Group 1108 – Impact stamp with right-hand engraving (illegible impression), sharply engraved

This design is primarily used for stamping into moulds, dies or tools.

The impression itself is legible in the tool later on, which is why the engraving is mirror-inverted.

Group 1109 – Impact stamp with right-hand engraving (illegible), surface engraved

For die and mould makers who require a larger engraving area.

Here, too, the impression is legible in the end product, even though the stamp itself is engraved mirror-inverted.

  • Dimensions
  • Font
  • Font height
  • Company logos
  • Special characters
  • Test marks

This gives you a tool that is precisely tailored to your project – simple, reliable and often significantly cheaper than manufacturer-specific tools.

Group 1121 – Welder stamps for inspection markings

These stamps are perfect for marking weld seams.

We offer various border shapes, including:

  • Round
  • Oval
  • Diamond-shaped
  • Trapezoidal

Ideal for identifying welders and documenting testing and acceptance processes.

Group 1130 – Hand stamps for logos, numbers and lettering

These stamps are manufactured in accordance with DIN 1451 and can also be individually engraved – e.g.:

  • Logos
  • Roman numerals
  • Cursive
  • Special characters

They are perfect for permanent marking in workshops, production or quality assurance.

Group 1140 – Hand stamps in hammer form

Available with or without a handle, ideal for embossing hot materials and as an accident prevention measure.

Engravings are made according to your specifications – as in Group 1130.

Safety hand guard for almost all hand stamps

We offer an optional safety hand guard for all hand stamps (except Group 1140).

This protects the hand during stamping and reduces the risk of injury.

Available for stamps with a 16 mm square shank.
