The pharmaceutical and chemical industries place particularly high demands on labelling, as products must be clearly identified. Packaging and components bear batch numbers, manufacturing dates and safety instructions so that they can be reliably traced at any time. These labels must be permanently legible, but must not affect sensitive materials or contents. Clear markings also increase safety, as important information remains immediately recognisable.<\/p>\n

Labelling is a central component of traceability. In other words, it documents the entire manufacturing and delivery process. This is crucial because legal requirements and quality standards must be met. Data is automatically recorded and digitally processed, making information available at all times. In addition, modern systems support Industry 4.0 processes, making workflows more transparent. This increases process reliability and product quality.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Different methods are used depending on the application, as glass, plastic, metal and films have different requirements. The marking must be resistant to chemicals and environmental influences so that it remains legible throughout the entire product life cycle. In addition, markings must not interfere with sterile or sensitive areas, while at the same time complying with standards and guidelines. Clear labelling also facilitates storage, transport and control, as products can be quickly identified.<\/p>\n
