Hand punches

Punches are used to mark a wide variety of materials with letters or numbers in character heights from 1 – 30 mm.

Made of best tool steel with impact head hardness according to DIN 7353 for machine and metal goods factories for marking steel, iron, aluminium, brass, wood, hard rubber, leather etc., typeface according to DIN 1451, available in character heights from 1 mm to 30 mm.

Group 1103
Stroke letters and stroke numbers in left-hand engraving, i.e. stamp imprint readable.
For stamping high-strength materials up to 2000 N/mm2 tensile strength (Rm).

Group 1104
Stamp sets with unmistakable engraving
For use on uneven or rough surfaces, even incompletely stamped numbers are clearly identifiable.

Group 1105
Impact letter and impact number sets with rounded engraving (ASME regulation)
to avoid notch effects when stamping pipes and sheet metal (e.g. in nuclear power plants).

Group 1106
Stroke letter and stroke number sets with interrupted engraving (ASME regulation)
to avoid notch effects during stamping.

Group 1107
Sets of striking letters and numbers with dotted engraving (ASME regulation)
to avoid notch effects when stamping tubes and sheets (e.g. in nuclear power plants).

Welder’s stamps
In addition to the illustrated borders, other borders, e.g. oval, rhombic or trapezoidal, are also available. These stamps are used for control marking of welding seams.

Hand punch
with engraving according to DIN 1451, text according to your specifications. We also produce all engravings according to your specifications from a sketch or drawing (e.g. logos, Roman numerals, cursive writing or similar).

Group 1140
Hand punch in hammer shape, available with or without handle
proven for stamping hot materials and for accident prevention, engravings according to your specifications, see group 1130.

All hand punches (except group 1140) can also be supplied with safety hand guard. (only up to 16 mm square shank).
