Röltgen GmbH & Co. KG has been manufacturing marking tools for 75 years. Many developments made these 75 years a success with the help of our customers. Thus, we are pleased to announce another novelty in this special year. Various customer enquiries regarding mobile hydraulic presses gave the Röltgen team a new idea that got the “portable ironing press” project rolling at the end of 2015.

The portable ironing press offers new possibilities in the field of marking. With up to 10 tonnes of embossing force, the battery-powered hydraulic press can emboss sheet and plate material from 2 – 40 mm and cylindrical material from 10 – 40 mm in diameter. These embossings can be applied a maximum of 40 mm from the edge of the material to be embossed. In S235 (ST37) material, a maximum of 10 characters can be embossed with a character height of 8 mm.

Equipped with an anti-rotation device, a constant alignment of the type holder, embossing unit or machine embossing die is always guaranteed.
